I’ve eaten 940 calories today (roughly). Guess it’s time to go to the gym and burn off 940 calories. That way I won’t feel as guilty if I actually eat dinner tonight.
Binged tonight. Fuck me. I had planned on coming home and throwing it all up, until I held my friends hair as she puked from being drunk.
Then found out she’s eating something like 1000 calories a day. And runs ~6 miles a day.
How am I supposed to compete with that shit.
Fuck me.
Started gaining weight again
Alright. Let’s fucking do this. Again. Is there any support still out there? Or have all the blogs I was following disappeared?
So about my previous post
I am going to cut calories. A lot…but a lot in relation to what I have been eating. I realized I was posting in an “extreme.” Sometimes it’s a lot easier to gravitate towards that.
Just got back from the gym. Ran for 1.2 miles, elliptical-ed for 30 min/2.5 miles and then did a very very small leg workout on the leg press. I’m sweaty and still feel bloated and fat, but I feel loads better than I did a few hours ago.

This is true. Training starts May 28th, so it’s not going to be a long time deal. Nor will I quit working out (In fact, the plan is to up the workout time).
More than anything, this is a mental thing. I don’t LIKE feeling full, because it makes me nauseous and since I was trying to move, it was near impossible to keep fresh anything in the apartment. But I’m working on doing better.
New song to run to at the gym. Not sure if anyone else has added it to their playlist, but I thought I’d share.
Does anyone else know of music of this style/tempo that they’re found works well for running or other cardio activities?
